Isaac is an outsourced partner and Founder of Dwara Innovations, specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven transformation and co-innovation services. With years of business and operations experience, he has a proven track record in driving business transformation and strategic direction.
He played a key role in turning around the operations of multiple private-equity-backed companies leveraging data and digital transformation technologies. As the head of business strategy and a member of the executive management team, he directly influenced strategic direction and business development.
He has co-founded and guided multiple start-up businesses, ranging from SaaS to Fintech, and has also participated as an investor. His experience includes leading diverse teams across the globe with expertise in the US and Africa markets, and served on the board of the Play and Learn Foundation. With his strong business acumen and expertise in AI strategies, he is on a mission to empower organizations and entrepreneurs to excel in the age in AI.
Isaac completed the Executive Program in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Financial Economics from Kent State University and a BSc. in Accounting and Economics from Northern Michigan University. He currently lives in Milwaukee and enjoys the outdoors with his family.

Emmanuel’s leadership prowess was demonstrated during his tenure at a Fortune 50 company, where he spearheaded investment analysis initiatives of considerable scale, overseeing global divisions. Additionally, he exercises oversight over forecasting, planning, and analysis functions within a multi-billion-dollar division.
Holding the esteemed designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and armed with a Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Emmanuel is well- equipped to provide clients with the strategic insights and innovative solutions needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
